Program

The objective of the summer academy is to provide students with a broad understanding of the historical development, the economic, societal, political and philosophical dimensions of the European integration project. Furthermore, the course analyses Europe's role as an international political and economic power and its relations to different countries and regions of the world. The classes are based on an interdisciplinary approach and combine different methodologies such as lectures, group-work and student presentations.

Hence, students will not only gain valuable insights into European Studies, but will also train and improve their research and presentation skills.

One of the most important advantage of the program are the locations. Three European cities (Munich, Prague, Vienna) guarantees the participants a complete immersion in the European culture and history.
